Shipping and Returns

PREPAID RETURNS (for U.S. orders over $100 only), if your order was less than $100, scroll past form:
WE NOW OFFER FREE RETURNS on U.S. orders over $100: To be eligible for a prepaid return:

1- You MUST fill out the below form within 7 days of receiving your order

2- You MUST utilize the prepaid label within 72 hours of receiving it to your e-mail.

3- Please note: prepaid labels will be sent to your e-mail and you must print and attach to a similar (or the same) package the order was received in; envelopes/m ailers must be soft, you may NOT use the label on a cardboard box to ship back.

4- Any misuse of the prepaid label may cause the package to be sent back to you and we will not be able to send a second prepaid label for the same order

5- The prepaid label will only be granted for U.S. ORDERS OVER $100 and is ONLY to be used for the item/items in the order you requested it for, in addition, you must still print the return form (see below), and indicate you are returning for a refund or store credit!

6- Customers who return more than 2 times in any one month period may have return privileges revoked

IF YOUR ORDER WAS OVER $100, PLEASE USE THIS PREPAID RETURN FORM, otherwise, scroll down to see how to return for orders less than $100. YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT THIS BELOW INFORMATION IF YOU ORDER WAS NOT AT LEAST $100:

 

RETURN POLICY (orders less than $100):

All items purchased at regular price are eligible for return and will be processed for either a refund or store credit; orders over $100 are eligible for a prepaid return, please see above form; for orders less than $100 you must follow the below policy:

1) Print and fill out this Return Form and include it in your return package, within 10 days of receiving your item(s).

2) Indicate if you would like STORE CREDIT or a REFUND on the form.

3) Allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive the package.

*Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded

We will e-mail you upon receipt of your items- so please check your e-mail!  

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order and have original tags and hygienic lining in place. Any items shipped after 10 days will be sent back at the consumer's expense. 

*international returns will have a 20% restocking fee to cover customs charges and taxes

 

*IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE A RETURN FORM IN YOUR RETURN PACKAGE, YOUR ORDER CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED AS STORE CREDIT.

SHIPPING

Final sale/ clearance items are not eligible for return.

Unless otherwise stated: ALL ORDERS SHIP WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS! 

Customers will receive tracking via e-mail. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.  If the address is entered incorrectly and returned to us, customer will receive store credit minus the shipping charge.

**Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Orders placed within the USA are sent via USPS First Class Mail and take 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All orders placed outside of the USA are processed within 1-2 days and take anywhere from 7-25 business days to be delivered.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by us.

The tracking for my package says "Delivered," but I didn't receive it, what should I do?

If the address you provided was accurate and the tracking shows that your package was delivered but you didn't receive it the best thing to do is this:

1- Check your local post office

2- ask your neighbors and mailman if they remember seeing it

3- You can e-mail us and we will submit a missing mail request.

After 10 days, if the package hasn't been recovered, we will offer store credit for 50% off the value of goods; you can place another order but if it happens again we will not be able to compensate.  Please understand this circumstance is completely out of our control. We use the United States Postal Service in order to offer a very reasonable and sometimes free shipping service!  This occurrence happens about 1 out of 200 orders, sometimes less! You can help this situation by triple checking the address you provide and following up with your local post office ASAP!

 If you provided the wrong address we will not be able to help you in any way.

EXCHANGES:

We do not offer direct exchanges for another size.  This is due to the fact that we cannot guarantee that we will have all sizes in stock if you decide you need another size!!!! Note: Keep in mind if you are not sure what size you should order, we recommend you order BOTH sizes and simply return one for a 100% refund.
